Coming soon to a courtroom near you...Case Center. The implementation of Case Center being utilized in all family law court proceedings is in the works and already being piloted in a number of courtrooms. Use of Case Center to submit evidence will be mandatory for all evidentiary hearings/trials held before Family Department judges starting April 1, 2024. In conjunction with Family Department specific training sessions, this Tips and Tricks CLE will include practice tips on using Case Center from practitioners who are already successfully using Case Center as well as the Case Center Trainer. Also provided will be the most up-to-date information on what technology you need and what you can expect to find when you get to the courtroom.

Cancellations: the cost of the CLE will be credited to your MCBA account if the CLE is canceled in one of the two manners listed below:
1) MCBA cancels or postpones the CLE or
2) At least two business days prior to the program, MCBA receives your cancellation, in writing, via email at (cle@maricopabar.org). Please note a $25.00 administrative fee applies.
If you registered and paid, but could not attend, you may request that materials be sent to you, free of charge.
