Probate Lawyers Assistance Project (PLAP)

The Probate Lawyers Assistance Project (PLAP) is a pro bono program that provides free legal advice to eligible low income individuals who need assistance with Probate Court matters. PLAP is co-sponsored by the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, and by the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Community Legal Services.
