During these uncertain times, many individuals may find themselves behind on the mortgage. They may be considering options such as refinancing or forbearance. They may be facing foreclosure or eviction. These issues become more complex if disputes are in play, such as a divorce, estate/probate, or civil partitions. This program will address the pros and cons of forbearance agreements. We will discuss refinancing issues, and other mortgage related topics, the current state of evictions, and pertinent real estate issues. The goal is to put you on top of the current information so that you can speak with your clients that are facing these tough decisions, and provide them with the direction they need.
