Rule 76.1 requires the parties to prepare and file a pretrial statement. Too often the parties either fail to submit a statement or fail to take advantage of this opportunity to advocate for their clients in their statements. This seminar will discuss common mistakes, ways to improve your pretrial statements, and what judges want to see more (and less) of in your pretrial statements.
