What IS “normal” in the New Normal?

Join Lynda Shely and Alisa Gray, and your colleagues, for this interactive webinar. We’ll explore the particular ethics, well-being, and risk management challenges faced by lawyers with social distancing, family responsibilities, client demands, and a remote work environment. Some of the topics will include:
Why promoting “well-being” is not just a good idea, but a risk management requirement
How to maintain appropriate ethical considerations when working remotely to protect client information and practice diligently
How to ethically and competently adjust our practices and expectations while addressing new/changed demands on time
When and how to seek help for a colleague/staff member
Why you may feel less productive and more burdened while working from home
How can mindfulness or other practices help maintain competence and manage stress
Cancellations: the cost of the CLE will be credited to your MCBA account if the CLE is canceled in one of the two manners listed below:
1) MCBA cancels or postpones the CLE or
2) At least two business days prior to the program, MCBA receives your cancellation, in writing, via email at (cle@maricopabar.org). Please note a $25.00 administrative fee applies.
If you registered and paid, but could not attend, you may request that materials be sent to you, free of charge.
