Once again, Mill Avenue will be the venue for Tempe’s annual fall festival of the arts. On December 4th through 6th, the streets will be lined with over 400 artist booths that present unique original artwork, just in time for your holiday shopping. Here’s some more info on the art festival.

Known as the largest arts and crafts festival in the Southwest, the Festival of the Arts hosts over 450 national artists & craftspeople with original pieces. While the works of visual art and the artists who created them are the main focus, the Festival of the Arts also includes other activities, such as the Arizona Wine Festival, the Kids Innovation Station presented by APS, where your little ones will get to try their hands at creating a masterpiece, live performances and food and beverage vendors. This year, the Festival will also include the Art of Beer, where local microbreweries will be showcasing their creations.

The Festival will run from 10 a.m. to 5:30 pm for the entire three days. This is also a rain or shine event, so if there’s threatening weather, just be sure to bring an umbrella. If you want to bring your well-behaved furry friend along with you, dogs are allowed as long as they’re on a leash.
