We’re not sure who the genius was who thought to include flammable matches inside of a flashlight but Altria Group Distribution in connection with Philip-Morris has recalled their promotional flashlight after it was discovered that the matches inside the match holder can ignite and cause burns.

J. Crew Infant Coveralls Deemed Choking Hazard

The snaps on J. Crews’s coveralls can easily detach which could become a choking hazard for small children, which the product is designed for. The company is offering a refund to anyone who hopes to return the product.

Cannondale Recalls Tandem Bicycle

The Cycling Sports Group has recalled the 2014 tandem road bicycle as the bicycle fork can break risking loss on control and injury to riders. Cannondale has remedied the issue and will replace consumers bikes.
